Stuffed dried eggplant and dried peppers with olive oil (EN-TR)

Iftar table is always peaceful for me. We were very hungry and we would cook our favorite dishes. My father used to buy coke, pita and baklava in the evening. Now I'm miles away from them. Today I'm going to give you a recipe that I love very much. I love stuffed peppers. I've always been making stuffed fresh peppers before. I tried the stuffed dried eggplant and dried peppers once. But I had failed. ­čśä The trick in stuffed dried eggplant and dried peppers is not to fill it too much. I was so full on my first try. That's why some of the rice inside was raw. It wasn't too bad to be eaten, but it wasn't good either. This time I didn't make that mistake. I wanted to give you the recipe too. Let's move on to the recipe then. :)

INGREDIENTS:
Dried eggplant
Dried bell pepper
Rice
Onion
Parsley
Tomato paste
Dalt, pepper
Olive oil

MALZEMELER:
Kuru patl─▒can
Kuru dolmal─▒k biber
Pirin├ž

Maydanoz
Sal├ža
Tuz, pulbiber

PROCESS:
First of all, we throw the dry eggplants into the boiling water. We boil dry eggplants for 10 minutes.

Then we throw the dried peppers into the boiling water. Boil the eggplant and peppers together for another 5 minutes. This is enough time for them to soften.

We are going to prepare the stuffing for our stuffing. We wash the rice well. I used half a cup of rice. You can adjust the dimensions yourself as much as you do. Half a glass of rice was enough for 6 dried eggplants and 6 dried peppers.

After taking my rice into my bowl, I chopped the dry onion into small pieces. I added half of the dried onion.

I also finely chop the parsley and add it. I think the parsley adds flavor. That's why you should add it.

Lastly, I added 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, salt, paprika and half a tea glass of olive oil. After mixing it well, our stuffing was ready.

I filled my stuffing from my stuffing. As I said at the beginning, you should not put too much internal mortar. Half enough is enough. If you want it to be smaller, you can put less than half.

To make them heavy and prevent them from dispersing too much. I added enough boiled water to cover the stuffing. I closed the lid of the pot and boiled it until it was cooked.
