Homemade Crushed Green Olives

It is time for olives to be harvested and prepared for olive oil and edible. There were not many olives this year, weather conditions reduced the crop yield. We prepare olives separately as black and green. I will share the recipe of crushed green olives should be consumed in a short time or the olive will soften. If you want it to last for a long time, you should add lemon salt and salt to it. However, lemon salt supresses the olive's own aroma a little. I don't like the taste of olives prepared in this way. I preffer the unique aroma and taste of olives.

Water is added to the jar. Water is poured every two or three days and new water is added. After 15-20 days, the bitterness of the olive disappears and it is ready to be eaten. For breakfast, you can eat olives by adding a little olive oil, thyme and a little salt to it.
