Hi everyone! Today I want to share an exquisite recipe that I made with my husband
Truth is, I loved this version of pizza and I plan to make it many more times.
Hola a todos! El día de hoy les quiero compartir una exquisita receta que realice junto a mi esposo
La verdad es que amé esta versión de pizza y planeo realizarla muchas veces más
Ingredients/Ingredientes
- 1 chicken breast
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- 50 grams of cream
- 250 grams of cream cheese
Sauce - 1/2 onion
- 2 tablespoon of wine
- 1/2 cup of tomato puree
- 1 pechuga de pollo
- 100 gramos de queso rallado
- 50 gramos de crema de leche
- 250 gramos de queso cremoso
Salsa- 1/2 cebolla
- 2 cucharada de vino
- 1/2 taza de puré de tomate
Preparation/ Preparación
1 Boil the chicken and once it is ready let it cool and shred it into threads.
2 In a bowl place the chicken together with the cream, cheese and mix. Season to taste (I added salt, garlic powder and pepper).
1 Hervir el pollo y una vez esté listo dejarlo enfriar y desmenuzarlo en hebras.
2 En un bowl colocar el pollo junto con la crema de leche ,el queso y mezclar. Condimentar a gusto(yo le agregué sal ,ajo en polvo y pimienta).
3 Butter a source, spread the mixture and take it to the oven until the cheese is golden.
3 Enmantecar una fuente, esparcir la mezcla y llevarla al horno hasta que el queso se vea dorado.
4 For the sauce, chop 1/2 onion and take it to a pan, once the onion is golden, place the wine and then the tomato puree.
4 Para la salsa picar 1/2 cebolla y llevarla a una sartén ,una vez la cebolla este dorada colocar el vino y luego el puré de tomate.
5 Place the sauce on top and then add the cheese.
5 Colocar la salsa encima y luego agregarle el queso.
6 Take to the oven until the cheese melts. I once took it out of the oven I sprinkled oregano on it but that depends on the tastes of each one.
6 Llevar al horno hasta que el queso se funda yo una vez lo saqué del horno le esparci orégano pero eso depende de los gustos de cada uno.
