Cooking and enjoying another nutrient rich meal

Hello Hive

Its another time again we have decided to enjoy some nutrient rich protein meals.

This is one of our favorite choice.
A beans prepared moi moi with eggs and liver.

I haven't been a fan of beans meals because of the discomfort, flatulence and constipation that comes with it, but I have been taught and learnt how to circle my way around it to minimize those discomfort.

  • Eat during the day and early enough before bed, meaning that this cannot be eating for dinner rather it can serve for breakfast and lunch

  • Eating a reasonable portion. This I do by either taking little portions of the meal per time so I don't get overfull.

  • Tea helps, Often times i take some warm tea along side it which also helps to burn down the food in no time.

That's just some little effort I put in place to help me enjoy this food.

We have a male chef today 😆😃😂.

We are one big family here. Both friends and people who come around the house often come together to play eat and talk.

This is so easy to prepare, we just peel some clean beans and add seasonings pepper crayfish and some basic ingredients.

All tied up in in bit and allowed to cook.
