Good morning. Today I want to share with my great community Hive an excellent and nutritious spinach juice with lemon. I wanted to share with you this delicious juice, as it brings many benefits to our body.
Yo recuerdo hace tres años mi hermana estuvo hospitalizada una semana por presentar un problema de salud, cuando eso sucedió ella estaba embarazada y se le bajo los niveles de hemoglobina, yo le preparaba todos los días este jugo y se lo llevaba al hospital, me lo había recomendado una amiga, yo investigue sobre esta planta y verifique sus propiedades, como complemento de su medicamento elle se tomaba diario su vaso de jugo, y su hemoglobina aumento satisfactoriamente.
Antes de mostrarle como lo prepare voy hablarle un poco sobre esta planta. Les quiero comunicar que antes de consumir cualquier tipo de plantas tenemos que conocer para que sirve y cuales son sus propiedades y beneficios, para así tener cualquier tipo de precaución. Con esta planta se preparan diferentes tipos de jugos, también se usa como alimento en ensaladas tortillas, entre otros... Sus hojas son lisas y tiernas hay que lavarlas muy bien antes de consumirlas, no se recomienda mantenerla por mucho tiempo en remojo, por que tiende a perder su contenido de vitaminas , si se consume bien fresca es mejor.
La espinaca es una fuente excelente de vitamina K,A,C y ácido fólico. También es rica en manganeso, magnesio, hierro y vitamina B2, también son ricas en hierro y calcio.
La vitamina K es importante para la salud de los huesos y es difícil encontrarla en otros vegetales con más vitamina K que las espinacas. Su consumo regular aumenta los niveles de hemoglobina, también es anti cancerosa por su alto contenido de flovonoides.
El limón es una gran fuente de vitamina C, que juntamente con la espinaca, hace que su hierro se absorba mejor. El limón también contienen mucha vitamina B6, potasio, ácido fólico y flavonoides.

Its leaves are smooth and tender, they must be washed very well before consumption, it is not recommended to keep it for a long time in soaking, because it tends to lose its vitamin content, if it is consumed fresh is better.
Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K,A,C and folic acid. It is also rich in manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2, they are also rich in iron and calcium.
Vitamin K is important for bone health and is hard to find in other vegetables with more vitamin K than spinach. Its regular consumption increases hemoglobin levels, it is also anti-cancer due to its high content of phlovonoids.

Ingredients for a glass of juice:
- (7) spinach leaves.
- (2) small lemon.
- (3) tablespoons of sugar.
Step 1:
- First wash the spinach leaves thoroughly, then cut the stick out of the center of the leaf and chop them into small pieces.
Step 2:
- Next I place the spinach in the blender, then add a glass of water and 3 tablespoons of sugar and proceed to blend, then pass it through the strainer .
Step 3:
- To finish I remove the peel from the lemons (so that the juice does not contain a bitter taste), then I cut the lemon in half I squeeze it in the strainer and add some ice cubes, to drink it well chilled.
