Fish curry with potatoes and papaya || Cooking Blog ||

Friends I think fish is a natural and highly nutritious food.Fish is an amazing creation of the great creator.Fish is a very tasty food.Me and my family love to eat fish.So this morning I went to the market to buy fish.I went to the market and bought a big fish.The name of the fish is Silver Carp (সিলভার কার্প).I bought that fish with Bangladeshi 170 taka.In the first few pictures you can see that fish.

So today I decided to cook this fish.I try to cook curry occasionally.So today I expressed my desire to cook fish curry again.Today my mind wanted, I will share the moment of cooking curry with you.Friends I think homemade food is free from adulteration and healthy.Me and my family always try to eat home cooked curry.So I try to cook curry at home.

Today I cooked fish curry with two vegetables.One is potato and the other is papaya.I cooked fish with these two vegetables.My mother helped me with cooking.First my mother cut vegetables and fish well.Then I started cooking curry.I shared the moment of cooking this curry with you.Let's know how I cooked this silver carp curry with two vegetables.

Ingredients

One silver carp fish,
Five pieces potato,
One pieces papaya,
Cumin paste,
Ginger paste,
Garlic paste,
Turmeric powder,
Dried chilli powder,
Green chilli,
Onions,
Oil,
Salt.

These ingredients are needed to cook this Silver Carp fish curry.You can also use more or less spices of your choice.Added more spices will increase the pungent and added less spices will reduce the pungent.

After purchasing fish from the market, it must be cut and washed well.Then you have to prepare the cooking with vegetables.So after cutting the fish, I washed it well first.

I fried the cut fish in oil first.After frying the fish, I prepared it for cooking with vegetables.

Then I put a pot on the stove.I first added all the spices including oil in that pot.Then I added papaya and potato in that spice pot.Then I cooked for a while.

After a while I added water to the pot.After added water, I added fish in that pot.

Then I cooked for a while.After a while, delicious Silver Carp fish curry will be made.After a while the cooking was over and the delicious fish curry was made.
