Hola mis amores, hoy les vengo a preparar unas divinas hamburguesas caseras para degustar con nuestros seres queridos.
Para esta oportunidad vamos a necesitar:
- Pan de hamburguesa.
- Carne molida y pollo molido.
- Tocineta.
- Papas.
- Lechuga.
- Tomate.
- Salsas variadas: Mayonesa, mostaza, BBQ y kétchup.
Lo primero que debemos hacer es cocinar las carnes en forma circular y ponerlas a la plancha o a la parrilla. Luego pelamos , cortamos y freímos las papas. En la misma plancha freímos las tocinetas. Los tomates los picamos en rodajas y la lechuga la lavamos en agua con vinagre y luego procedemos a picarla bien picadita.
Una vez que tengamos todo esto listo procedemos a armar las hamburguesas. Calentamos los panes para que no estén duros, ponemos las carnes, lechuga, tomate, papas fritas, tocineta y por último agregamos las diferentes salsas y listo.
Listo para disfrutar. Yo me prepare una de carne molida y otra de pollo jajajaja. Esta comida la preparamos para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi cuñada menor y bueno que mejor manera que hacerlo con unas divinas hamburguesas en familia.

For this opportunity we will need:
- Hamburger bread.
- Ground beef and ground chicken.
- Bacon.
- Potatoes.
- Lettuce.
- Tomato.
- Assorted sauces: Mayonnaise, mustard, BBQ and ketchup.
The first thing to do is to cook the meats in a circular shape and grill or broil them. Then we peel, cut and fry the potatoes. On the same grill we fry the bacon. We chop the tomatoes in slices and wash the lettuce in water with vinegar and then we proceed to chop it finely.
Once we have all this ready, we proceed to assemble the hamburgers. Heat the buns so they are not hard, put the meats, lettuce, tomato, french fries, bacon and finally add the different sauces and that's it.
Ready to enjoy. I made one with ground beef and one with chicken hahaha. We prepared this meal to celebrate my younger sister-in-law's birthday and what better way to do it than with some divine hamburgers as a family.
