Perkedel Potato

Fried food is one of the favorite foods for the people of Indonesia, but don't eat it too often, because in the long term it is feared that it will cause cholesterol disease. There are so many types of goengan in Indonesia, among them are bakwan which I will love to post and share the recipe tomorrow, then there are cakes that can be made from potatoes, sweet potatoes, taro, and many more, and there are also fried bananas, risol and many more. There are many other types of fried foods in Indonesia.



And today I will share the recipe for Potato Perkedel for all Hive friends. And to make this potato Perkedel is not too difficult and does not take too many ingredients. And there is no comparison and a special measure that needs to be considered is the provision of salt so that it is not too salty. 😂

The materials needed are:


1. 500 grams of potatoes, peeled and washed thoroughly

How to make :


1. Boil the potatoes until soft about 10 minutes

2. After the potatoes are cooked, remove and drain for a while

3. When the potatoes are still hot, mash the potatoes until smooth using a glass or other grinding tool.

4. Then we puree the onion, garlic and candlenut

5. After the potatoes are smooth, add the celery leaves and finely chopped pre leaves

11. After the dough is flat, make small circles and slightly flatten it to make it look more oval.
