Making spicy chicken the image of a local taste.

Chicken is a favorite menu for most people around the world. The menus that are made are also diverse and of course the most delicious menu according to our respective tongues. Sometimes fried chicken using only salt is the tastiest menu and the menu in a luxury restaurant will be far less than that. Why is that? Because maybe the one who mixes it with love and affection other than with salt..ha..ha.. that is if you believe it or you are not good at processing it.

I have processed this chicken very often into different menus so I don't feel bored when we eat it, especially now the price of chicken is still very low so I can process the chicken more often into a dish for my husband. And now I will also share a chicken recipe with you, which is a spicy chicken recipe whose ingredients are basic ingredients without the addition of cooking oil and of course it is much healthier because it is cooked by itself and does not contain MSG.

Of the various preparations that I often make, this spicy chicken recipe is one of my favorite foods, especially when I'm not in a good mood. Eating spicy food that triggers adrenaline and makes my saliva drip and my nasal secretions rush out make this spicy food a very effective medicine to treat a liver that is being damaged by life's problems. And this menu is really very effective, especially if it is enjoyed with hot rice, it is very suitable and very steady.

Materials needed

1. 500 kilograms of chicken

2. 1 lemongrass stalk, bruised
3. A little ginger and galangal, bruised

4. 100 ml of water

5. 4 – 6 cloves of garlic
6. 3 cloves of red onion
7. 2 whole hazelnuts

8. 5 spoons of chili sauce

9. 1 tomato

10. 50 grams of chili

11. teaspoon cornstarch

12. Salt to taste.

How to make:

1. Boil the chicken with 100 ml of water, then add the lemongrass, ginger and galangal that has been crushed, boil until the chicken stock comes out.

2. Melt the cornstarch then mix it into the boiling chicken, stir so it doesn't clump

3. Puree the candlenut, red chili, onion, garlic and tomato.

4. Put the spices that have been mashed into the chicken pot, stir until blended

5. Then mix the spices that have been mashed, mix well and add salt to taste

6. After that, add the chili sauce and stir until evenly distributed.

7. When the chicken stock has thickened and the chicken is cooked, the spicy chicken can be enjoyed.

Very simple and very healthy right? However, for the usual boiling of the chicken, it takes about 10 minutes, now it has increased to 25-30 minutes so that the chicken stock really comes out and the sauce that will be produced really thickens. To make it spicy, salty and sour really blend with the chicken, and the resulting chicken stock is really thick. How have you guys ever made a dish like mine? And it tastes really really good. Hope you guys have tried this recipe and don't forget to follow our next recipe. Greetings from us tomi and Maya from Binjai City, Indonesia
