FRIED CEMPEDAK FRUIT



Cempedak is a fruit with almost the same shape and taste as jackfruit, but with a much sharper aroma and softer flesh. Inside the cempedak fruit, not only the fruit can be enjoyed, but the cempedak seeds can also be boiled or in vegetables.



Ripe Cempedak fruit can be eaten directly with a very sweet and appetizing taste, can be used as a variety of drinks or processed with various processed dishes. In my post this time I will process cempedak fruit sweet fritters simple, and it does not require many ingredients and the time it takes to make this fried cempedak fruit is less than 30 minutes.

Fried cempedak fruit is in great demand by the people of Indonesia, moreover this fruit is a seasonal fruit that will only fruit during the rainy season and can bear fruit usually only once a year.



NECESSARY MATERIALS
1 medium size cempedak

150 grams of wheat flour

50 grams of rice flour

1 teaspoon sugar

enough cooking oil

and enough mineral water



HOW TO MAKE

1.Cut the middle of the cempedak fruit, take the flesh and clean it

2.Mix all the flour, rice flour, sugar into a bowl and add water little by little so that the dough is slightly thickened and not too runny.

3.Put the flesh of the fruit without removing the seeds into the flour mixture

4.Heat the cooking oil in medium heat

5.After the oil is hot, enter the cempedak fruit that has been mixed with the dough

6.After it looks brown, remove and drain the fried cempedak fruit

7.Serve with a cup of hot tea
