Feliz noche mi querida comunidad, espero hayan pasado un excelente día, hoy preparé un delicioso aperitivo para esas ocasiones especiales o cuando tienes visitas y no tienes nada preparado, esto es ideal rápido y fácil de hacer, acá les comparto la receta de esta delicia huevos rellenos con atun.

Happy night my dear community, I hope you had a great day, today I prepared a delicious appetizer for those special occasions or when you have visitors and you have nothing prepared, this is ideal, quick and easy to make, here I share the recipe for this delicious eggs stuffed with tuna.

Ingredientes:

✅ 6 huevos
✅ 1 lata de atún desmenuzado de 120grs
✅ 1 tomate
✅ 1 cebolla
✅ 1 rama de cilantro
✅ 1 cucharada de mayonesa
✅ 1 cucharadita de moztaza
✅ Sal y pimienta al gusto

Ingredients:
✅ 6 eggs
✅ 1 can of shredded tuna of 120grs
✅ 1 tomato
✅ 1 onion
✅ 1 sprig of coriander
✅ 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
✅ 1 teaspoon mustard
✅ Salt and pepper to taste

Preparación:

Comenzar colocando los huevos en una olla con agua, por 20 minutos, repetir y dejar reposar.

Cuando los huevos estén frios, retirar la cascara y cortar a la mitad, retirando la yema y reservar.

Luego cortar en cuadritos el tomate, la cebolla y el cilantro y abrir la lata de atun.

Then dice the tomato, onion and cilantro and open the can of tuna.

En un bolw agregar las yemas y triturar con un tenedor, luego agregar las verduras picaditas, el atún, 2 cucharadas de mayonesa 1 cucharadita de moztaza sal y pimienta al gusto y revolver.

Luego rellenar los huevos que teníamos reservados y cortados a la mitad, con atún.
