Saludos mi querida comunidad, bienvenidos a mi blog, como saben me gusta la cocina y a lo largo de los años he aprendido de la mejor maestra mi mamá que es la chef de mi gran familia, hace algún tiempo atendía un restaurante y uno de los platos que no podía faltar, lo hacia todos los días y que ahora lo prepara casi todos los domingos o en ocasiones especiales es la Sopa, siempre ha sido una tradición familiar para celebrar algún cumpleaños o los 25 de Diciembre.

1 kilo de costilla
6 litros de agua
2 plátanos
3 jojotos
2 papás
1 zanahoria
1 kilo de yuca
1 tallo de cilantro
2 cubitos
3 dientes de ajo
Una cucharadita de sal
1 limón
1 aguacate
1 kilo of rib

Preparacion:

Comencé cocinando previamente las costillas en 2 litros de agua hasta que estuvieron blandas, luego las corte en trozos mas pequeños.

Seguidamente procedí a pelar, lavar y cortar los vegetales en trozos pequeños.

Luego en una olla con 4 litros de agua vuelvo a colocar, las costillas agregando los plátanos, los jojotos y la zanahoria hasta que hablandaron, después la yuca y las papas dejando hervir por 30 minutos.

Agregar los cubitos y el ajo machacado y cucharadita de sal revolviendo constantemente dejar hervir unos minutos más y colocar el cilantro y bajar del fuego.

Servir y acompañar con patacones y aguacate, decorar con una rodaja de limón.
