Hello community♡ What I love most about the Christmas season is that we can prepare various traditional dishes, depending on the country where we are. But there is a very well known dessert which cannot be missed, that is why today I will explain you step by step how to make a delicious panettone.
Harina de trigo 500g | Wheat flour 500g |

Leche 190ml | Milk 190ml |
Mantequilla 100g | Butter 100g |
Azúcar 90g | Sugar 90g |
Huevos 3 | Eggs 3 |
Una pizca de sal | A pinch of salt |
Frutas confitadas | Candied fruits |
The first step is to add all the ingredients in a container, except the candied fruits. Then you start mixing until all the ingredients are well integrated.
The mixture is then placed on a flat surface to start the kneading process. When the dough is soft and manageable it is time to add the candied fruits and continue kneading until the fruits are spread all over the dough.
Finally, in a previously greased and floured mold, the dough is placed, to give it the shape of a paneton, I put some vegetable paper, then this is taken to the oven for approximately one hour, always checking constantly until it is completely cooked.
