Hello community♡ I hope you have a great start of the week. A few days ago I saw the recipe of a hivers and I was fascinated by the result of the cookie brownie, so I decided to prepare them to see how they turned out and this was the result. The publication of @rosangeladiazher I will leave them here below so you can see the original recipe.
Azúcar 100g | Sugar 100g |
---|---|
Aceite o mantequilla 55g | Oil or butter 55g |
Cacao en polvo 30g | Cocoa powder 30g |
Huevos 1 | Eggs 1 |
Harina de trigo 120g | Wheat flour 120g |
Vainilla | Vanilla |
Pizca de sal | Pinch of salt |
Azúcar glass | Powdered sugar |
In the original recipe it indicates that we must use vegetable oil but when preparing desserts I only like to add sunflower oil because it is softer but unfortunately I did not have this ingredient so I made these cookies with butter.
The first thing to do is to add the butter, sugar, vanilla and egg in a bowl and mix until all the ingredients are integrated.
Then add the previously sifted cocoa powder.
Then add the flour and mix until a paste is formed. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Once the time has elapsed, the cookies are made and dipped in powdered sugar.
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, always checking to make sure that each oven is different.
