Hola comunidad♡ Espero que se encuentren muy bien.El día de hoy les traigo una receta muy sencilla y deliciosa, se trata de un bizcocho de canela. El cual queda bastante esponjoso perfecto para acompañar con una buena taza de café.

| Harina de trigo 250g | Wheat flour 250g |

| Huevo 1 | Egg 1 |
| Azúcar 150g | Sugar 150g |
| Mantequilla 150g | Butter 150g |
| Dos cucharadas de canela | Two tablespoons of cinnamon |
| Leche 50ml | Milk 50ml |
En un recipiente se agrega la mantequilla y el azúcar y se comienza a mezclar hasta que se integren ambos ingredientes.
In a bowl, add the butter and sugar and start mixing until both ingredients are integrated.
Agregar el huevo y batir. Después se le agrega la harina de trigo y la leche.
Add the egg and beat. Then add the wheat flour and milk.
Incorporar las dos cucharadas de canela y batir. Por ultimo se agrega la mezcla en un molde previamente engrasado y enharinado. Llevar al horno por 30 minutos aproximadamente.
