Hoy les traigo una receta algo peculiar, ya que estoy probando combinaciones debido a que debo dejar de lado algunos alimentos que me hacen daño, así que el día de hoy realice una torta de chocolate sin huevo, la verdad quedo bastante esponjosa y deliciosa.

Lo primero que se debe realizar es derretir la mantequilla. Luego se agrega en un recipiente mediano junto con el azúcar.

Luego se le agrega la leche y la harina previamente cernida.

Cuando se le haya agregado toda la harina, el siguiente paso es incorporarle el chocolate.

Por ultimo se le agrega un toque de vainilla. En un molde previamente engrasado y enharinado se coloca la mezcla.Llevar al horno por 30 minutos aproximadamente.
