Muy buenos días amigos. Los perros calientes siempre serán una opción cuando queremos variar la rutina a la hora de comer. Actualmente vemos muchas ofertas de combos para adquirirlos pero nada mejor que prepararlos en casa ya que además de salirnos muchísimo mas económicos tenemos la tranquilidad de un buen proceso de elaboración en cuanto a cuidados de limpieza a la hora de realizarlos.
Se nos antojo comerlos para la cena pero al bajar a la panadería no tenían el tradicional pan de perros, así que nos tocó prepararlos con el pan llamado CANILLAS que tiene la casi la misma forma del pan de perro aunque no la misma suavidad pero igual nos sirvió. Lo importante era darnos el gusto.
Good morning friends. Hot dogs will always be an option when we want to vary the routine at lunchtime. Currently we see many offers of combos to buy them but nothing better than preparing them at home because besides being much cheaper we have the tranquility of a good process of preparation in terms of cleaning care when making them.
We felt like eating them for dinner but when we went down to the bakery they didn't have the traditional dog bread, so we had to prepare them with the bread called CANILLAS which has almost the same shape of the dog bread although not the same softness but it was still good for us. The important thing was to indulge ourselves.
Ya con el resto de los ingredientes particulares que a todos nos gustan en casa, me dispuse a realizarnos a nuestra manera.
Los ingredientes utilizados son:
- Pan. En este caso canilla, que da para dos perros pequeños.
- Mayonesa.
- Salsa de Tomate.
- Mostaza.
- 1 paquete de papas comerciales.
- Salchichas.
Para esta preparación decidí freír las salchichas en lugar de sancocharlas. Luego corté a la mitad para rendirlas ya que acá en casa algunos se comen mínimo 4 panes. son muy glotones jajaja.
For this preparation I decided to fry the sausages instead of boiling them. Then I cut them in half to make them yield since here at home some people eat at least 4 loaves of bread. They are very gluttonous hahaha.
Ralle el queso Mozzarella y trituré las papas. Reservé.
I grated the Mozzarella cheese and mashed the potatoes. I set aside.
Corté los panes a la mitad y comencé agregando las salchichas.
I cut the bread in half and started adding the sausages.
Luego agregue las salsas mayonesa, de tomate y la mostaza.
Then I added the mayonnaise, tomato and mustard sauces.
Seguidamente agregué las papas y el queso mozzarella.
Then I added the potatoes and the mozzarella cheese.
Y ha disfrutar de una cenita rica con perros caliente, que como pueden ver son muy rápidos de hacer ya que los ingredientes en su mayoría son pre elaborados.
And enjoy a delicious dinner with hot dogs, which as you can see are very quick to make since most of the ingredients are pre-prepared.
