My beloved husband was out yesterday waiting in line for gas... To anyone who has been through that experience, you know how exhausting it is.... Endless hours and many times you don't get to fill up your tank. Based on that, I knew that he was going to arrive home starving. And I wanted to prepare him something tasty to comfort him after such an exhausting day. Although there wasn't much in the pantry, I had an envelope of soy meat and some vegetables, so I got creative and cooked with what I had. I have always said that the main ingredient even to prepare a sugar water, must be Love. So I did it this way.
INGREDIENTES
🍖 Carne de soya.
🍝 Sal al gusto.
🍖 Condimentos. (opcional)
🍝 Vegetales.
❤️ Amor.

LA PREPARACION
Tomé 70 gramos aproximadamente de la carne de soya, pues leí por ahí que ella aumenta hasta 4 veces su tamaño. Y es verdad pues rindió perfectamente para 3 porciones y sobró.
THE PREPARATION
I took about 70 grams of the soy meat, as I read that it increases up to 4 times its size. And it is true because it yielded perfectly for 3 servings and there were leftovers.
Coloqué en un envase con agua la Carne de soya y la deje en remojo por aproximadamente 5 min.
Place the Soya Beef in a container with water and let it soak for approximately 5 min.
Pasado los 5 minutos, tome la carne de soya y la cole, allí mismo procedi agregar 3 tazas de agua caliente y exprimí para retirar el exceso de agua.
After 5 minutes, take the soy meat and collect it, then add 3 cups of hot water and squeeze to remove the excess water.
Ya mi carne esta lista para condimentar a mi gusto y cocinarla. Como tenia pocos vegetales, solo use Pimentón, cebollín, tomate para la salsa y ajo.
Retomando la idea del principio... Quería que mi esposo se sintiera a gusto con un buen almuerzo y pues acompañe mi carne de soya con pasta, tajadas, unos trozos de aguacate, caraotas negras y un buen vaso de jugo de mango. Quedo satisfecho y Feliz🥰...
Going back to the idea of the beginning... I wanted my husband to feel at ease with a good lunch and so I accompanied my soy meat with pasta, slices, a few pieces of avocado, black beans and a good glass of mango juice. I was satisfied and happy🥰.....
