Good morning my dear friends who love cooking, I wanted to prepare an exquisite homemade mayonnaise, I love to prepare my own mayonnaise because I love the flavor of garlic and besides I find it a little more economical. This recipe contains important amino acids for the body, as well as many B vitamins and minerals such as iron, copper, phosphorus and calcium. In addition, it contains neither fat nor cholesterol, and it favors the correct development of muscles. Finally, vinegar will also prevent some possible bacteria. It has been proven that one of vinegar's capabilities is to kill any bacteria that may be present in the mixture.
300 ml. Aceite.
100 gr. de Queso.
5 Dientes de Ajo.
1 Ají (si lo prefieres).
1 Pizca de Sal.
1 Cucharada de Vinagre.
300 ml. Oil.
100 gr. Cheese.
5 cloves of garlic.
1 chili bell pepper (if you prefer).
1 pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon of vinegar.
I pour the eggs in a blender glass while blending I add the ingredients little by little, I add the pinch of salt, then I proceed to add the chili together with the garlic cloves and the cheese, let it blend for a few seconds and then add the vinegar, so all the ingredients are well blended and finally we add the oil little by little and we see how our mayonnaise takes its thickness. Once our homemade mayonnaise is ready, we proceed to add it in a bowl.
