How are you dear Hivers? I hope everything ara OK for you now. I wish you happiness weekend for you all. Today I came here for share very easy recipe what I prepared morning time. Guys? I previously mentioned you that carrots has so many healthy ingredients and those once useful for boost our physical energy.
Ingredients required
- 250 grams of carrots cut lengthwise
- A cup of condensed coconut milk
- Chopped onions
- Three spikes of chopped green chilies
- Chopped garlic
- Curry leaves and chopped wine grass
- A few pieces of dried Maldive fish
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Half a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
- Half a teaspoon of mustard seeds
- Salt to taste
- Half a cup of melted coconut milk
Preparing steps
- Take a pan and add sliced carrots, finely chopped Maldive fish, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and chopped wine grits.
- Add chopped onion and chopped garlic.
- Then add turmeric powder, salt, mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds to the mixture and mix well.
- Then add melted coconut milk and place on the stove.
- When the carrots are cooked, add the condensed coconut milk and remove from the heat.
When cooking like this, cut the carrot slices lengthwise, guys. That's when the real taste of the garden comes. We need to change the cutting shape according to the vegetable garden style. That's when you can taste the best of that curry. We do not taste bitter because of the fenugreek seeds. For the carrots to stand out, the chillies need to be spicy.
