What's up Hivers? I know everything are ok for you in this difficult time period and improve your whole days activities perfectly. We rarely prepare soy meats in our house. When we made soy meat curry since our kitchen used very similar recipe. But recently our minds goes different ways and think creatively. So today I am going to share with you, How to prepare soy meat with different flavors using dried prawns and oyster sauce. You can see and try it out.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of soya meat

  • One tablespoon of oyster sauce

  • 50 g of dried prawns
  • A large onion cut into circles
  • Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
  • A teaspoon of salt
  • Two tablespoons of meat curry powder

  • Two tablespoons of oil
  • Onion leaves cut lengthwise
  • Bell pepper cut lengthwise
  • Finely chopped garlic
  • Finely chopped ginger
  • Chopped rump and curry leaves

  • 1/4 cup of melted coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of condensed coconut milk

Preparing steps

  • First put the soy meat in a small dish, pour hot water and let it soak for about 15 minutes.

  • Take a pan, light the stove, add two tablespoons of oil and let it heat up. When the oil heats up, add the crushed ginger, finely chopped garlic, chopped rumpe and curry leaves, respectively, and fry lightly.

  • Then add dried prawns and let it fry. Now add a teaspoon of salt, pepper powder and curry powder and mix well.

  • Now add the soaked soymeat and mix well. Add 1/4 cup of melted coconut milk and boil for a while. Then pour half a cup of condensed coconut milk into it, mix everything well, cover with a lid and boil for about 5 minutes.

  • Then add the chopped bell pepper and onion leaves to it. Stir well and cover with a lid and simmer for another three minutes. Add oyster sauce, mix well and remove from the heat.

  • Finally I put whole mixture to the dish and then decorated it from round of the onions.
