How to make homemade velvet cake with butter icing that is very high in flavor..

How are you dear hivers, I know everything are OK for you in this difficult time staying home with beloved once or working your work place with workers following healthy instructions. Sunday is my favorite day of every weeks. Because it's only holiday from my workplace. So I spent time with my family and do very interesting tasks like gardening, cooking various dishes, shopping, walking etc... Today I want to sharing with you how we prepared Velvet cake with butter icing.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red color
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 200 grams of sugar

For Icing

  • 100 g of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh milk
  • 200 g of icing
  • 2 drops of red color

  • 4 tablespoons of melted butter

Preparing methods

  • In a bowl, combine the two cups of bread flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Keep it separate. Now take a separate bowl and add the melted butter. Add 200 grams of sugar and mix well. Now add the sifted bread flour and baking powder mixture to it. Now add a little milk to it and beat well.

  • Then put the eggs in 3 bowls and beat separately. Now mix together. Stir again with a spoon, add half a teaspoon of red currant and stir well for about 5 minutes.

  • Now add a teaspoon of vanilla. Cover the mixture for about 15 minutes.

  • To make the icing mixture, put 200 g of butter in a dish and add icing sugar to it. Add 2 tablespoons of fresh milk to it and mix well with a beater. Then add 2 drops of red color, mix well and set aside.

  • Put a pan on the stove and spread some of the remaining butter on the pan. Then add 4 tablespoons of the covered flour mixture for 15 minutes. Make a loaf of bread about five inches in diameter and bake on one side for 3 minutes on both sides over low heat. Make some bread this way.

  • Take one loaf, spread icing on it and place another loaf on top. Put icing on it too. This way the cake can be made in several layers. Put in the fridge for a few minutes and remove and cut into pieces.


This is very delcious and very well suited snack for morning and evening tea table. We enjoyed lot with eat this pieces. You can try out using this recipe.
