How to make a nutritious, freshwater grey mullet fish curry at home...

What's up my dearest Hivers? I know everything are ok for you in this difficult time. Believe me guys. There are so many healthy advantages eating freshwater fish dishes than seafood dishes because freshwater fish contains more nutrients which is very important to human's body health. So still my life time I ate many freshwater dishes with rice or bread. But I have seen many people very prefer to seafood dishes. I never saying that, I don't like to seafood. I love to eat them too. After got good knowledge about freshwater fish, I decided to buy them when I saw somewhere of fish markets. Yesterday one of my friend (rarely fisherman) gave me over one kilos of grey mullet fish. Then I discussed with my wife which type of dish we will prepare nextday morning. So we had an idea, then we came to final decision. Today I publish how we prepare freshwater grey mullet fish curry at home with step by step.

Ingrediends

  • 500 grams of Well cleaned and chopped grey mullet fish

  • Two and half tablespoons of chili powder
  • Two tablespoons of pepper powder

  • One cup of water

  • Required amount of salt

  • Rampe and Curry leaves
  • Three dried Garcinia pulps
  • A few cinnamon barks
  • Three cloves of garlic
  • A little ginger

Preparing steps

  • First, take a blender and add the garlic and ginger.

  • Add chilli powder and pepper powder to it.

  • Finely grind the ingredients in the blender above.

  • Place the well cleaned and chopped gray mullet fish in a slightly deeper pan.

  • Add rampe and curry leaves, dried garcinia pulps and cinnamon bars.

  • Then add required amount of salt to above fish mixture.

  • Add the previously minced ginger, garlic, chilli powder and pepper mixture to the fish.

  • Then add one cup of water to the pan.

  • Now mix all the fish mixture well and light the stove fire.

  • Cover the pan with a lid and let the fish curry boil.

  • *Remove from the stove when the curry bubbles and turns brown.
