Because currently keep in good healthy must important for save your and beloved once life. I already said you that, Sunday is my official holiday and try to do many interesting thing what I have passionate skills. With my loving wife's assistance I prepared very delicious and healthy dishes. Nowadays homemade dishes suitable for keep in good health to us. The chicken sandwiches I made this time are a bit similar to the usual sandwiches. But the taste is too much. You can try it out after read this content.
Ingredients,
- 250 g of peeled chicken
- A sandwich bread
- 02 tablespoons of butter
- Tomato sauce
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 3 finely chopped raw chilli pods
- Finely chopped ginger
- 1 clove of finely chopped garlic
- Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
- A little salt powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of mustard powder
- 02 teaspoons of lime juice
- 2 cups of water
Preparing Methods
- Cut 250 g of chicken into small pieces and rinse well with water. Put it in a pan and add crushed ginger, chopped garlic, pepper powder and a pinch of salt. Add 2 cups of water and place on the stove. Stir well until the water dries.
- Then put the boiled chicken in a blender and blend into small pieces. It should be like a paste.
- Now add some pepper powder to the blended meat. Add chopped onion and chopped green chillies. Now add the required amount of salt and tomato sauce and mix well.
- Now put the mustard powder in a small bowl, add butter and lime juice and make a paste as before.
- Now add the mustard powder paste made above to the meat mixture and mix well. Heat a little butter on one side of the bread slices and heat slightly.
- Now grate the delicious chicken filling made on top of those bread slices. The pieces can then be cut if desired.
