Soup ingredients:
Mushrooms: 1 small package
Carrots: 1-2 medium pieces
Barley: 1 glass
Milk: 1-2 glasses
Cream: 100 grams
Cooked chicken breast: one cup
Chicken extract: 1 piece
Salt, pepper
Chopped parsley
Butter or oil
bell pepper: 1 cup


Recipe :

Wash the barley and pour some water into the pot and let it cook.
Wash and grate the carrots. Then pour some water into another pot to cook.
You can not cook carrots and use them raw in the soup to be cooked inside the soup.
Cook the chicken breast in any way you like and keep some of it and the chicken broth
Chop the chicken
Wash the mushrooms and chop them into slices and fry them in a pan with a little oil or butter until the water is absorbed.
When the barley is cooked, add the cooked and chopped chicken with the milk to the soup, then add two tablespoons of flour and stir well.
After 10 minutes, add carrots, salt, pepper, bell peppers.
Then add chicken broth
Add the fried mushrooms. Allow the soup to cook completely
At the end of cooking, add a few tablespoons of soup to the cream and stir quickly until the cream is the same temperature as the soup.
Then add it to the soup and turn off the flame and pour the soup into the desired dish and garnish with a little chopped parsley and serve.
