How do I cook pilaf

Naturally, there are a lot of recipes for cooking pilaf.
But I really like the pilaf (and not only me), which I cook.
Therefore, I decided to tell you how I cook it, maybe this recipe will be of interest to some of you too :-)

You will need:
Rice (slightly elongated)
Meat: pork or chicken
Carrot
Onion
Coriander seeds
KYMINO
Chicken spice mixture
Salt
Pepper

The photos I were taken with a Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70L tablet

Meat, in my case it is pork, I cut finely

Fry a little in corn oil

Chop the onion, fry

Grate a lot of carrots

Then I add it to the fried onions and fry again

A vivid example of the amount of grated carrots, it takes 3/4 of the pan

Rinse the rice well

Add meat to the fried carrots with onions, pour 8 glasses of water, add salt and pepper to taste and when it boils add:
washed rice (4 cups), finely chopped Coriander seeds, Kymino and
Chicken spice mixture

Finely grind Coriander seeds in a mixer

There is a lot of pilaf, a full pan with a diameter of 32.5 cm and a height of 13 cm.
It tastes better on the 2nd day.
Don't consider me strange, but I put part of the pilaf in the freezer.
Believe me that after defrosting it does not lose its taste!
You don't have to :-)
I do this to save time and in the case when there is no time to cook or just not hunting :-)

Me Bon appetit!
