Hi Foodies & Vegans!
Who says muesli can't be sexy, is proven wrong right here.😉
It all started with some frozen berries that needed to be used up,
'cause the space in the freezer was needed.😜
So i heated up the berries and put them together with some fresh,
organic apple & banana on my self-made muesli-mix consisting of:
Wholemeal flakes or rice flakes, oat flakes and puffed amaranth...
...plus i added some sunflower seeds and coconut blossom
sugar, and here you go.😋 Amaranth & sunflower seeds are also
two protein sources.
You can use any kind of vegan milk to this...:Rice, soy or oat,
there's also hazelnut milk. I normally use a smooth rice milk,
plus a nice cup of tea or coffee and you can start your day.💪
