Sandwich de Huevo al Sartén

2 Rebanadas de Pan / 2 Slices of Bread
Jamón / Ham
4 Huevos Batidos / 4 Beaten Eggs
Lechuga / Lettuce
Tomate / Tomatoes
Salchichas pre cocidas / Pre-cooked sausage
Mantequilla / Butter
Sal y pimienta al gusto / Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARACION: / PREPARATION:

Calentamos el sartén con mantequilla, y colocamos dos rebanadas de jamón una junto a la otra.

Luego, agregamos los huevos previamente batidos y condimentados con sal y pimienta. Enseguida colocamos las dos rebanadas de pan de modo que queden sobre el jamón y se humedezcan con los huevos.
