@thepeakstudio invited me and @leftygifty for dumpling party in his house during the weekend because we had nowhere to go during the pandemic. And it was a great way to kill our boring weekend. We helped him in making the dumpling the whole time. The food in this bowl is a filling that goes inside the dumpling. It was made by combining minced meat, salt, onion, salt, chili powder, green onion and momo masala.

A dough made from wheat flour was prepared and then after rolling the small piece of dough into circular pieces, the filling goes inside the dough and then it is closed with this awesome shape. Then it is placed over the top of hot steam water by covering the lid over the cooking gas. The steam will then cook the dumpling.

This is the final cooking result. It turns out to be pretty delicious and I hadn't had this dumpling since months. It is best taken with pickle made of tomatoes, coriander leaves and soyabean powder. These two plates of dumpling in the restaurant will cost you around 5$. But we were able to prepare around 10 plates with cost of around 7$. So homemade is always the best and healthier one. Cheers!
