A single burger can offer you a various nutrients required for a body mainly protein and fiber. Rest includes sodium, fat, sugar and so on. These foods were ordered online and they were delivered wrapped in an aluminium foil. I think I have become addictive to the burger now🤣.

Next ordered was chicken pizza. My kitchen was filled with that smell of cheese. Biting it was heavenly and delicious😀.

And the last one is crunchy fried chicken wings. This one is also a great source of protein. Many people say these kinds of foods are junk foods and high in fat. They can contribute to obesity and ultimately heart related problems. This is true and I have been taking these foods in moderate amount like I eat them once a week. Besides you feel a lot satiated after eating these foods🙃.
