El desayuno es el alimento mas importante del día, nos provee energía para comenzar con mucho animo nuestras labores. Hay una infinidad de alimentos que podemos ingerir en esta primera comida entre ellas unas deliciosas panquecas de chocolate como verán a continuación.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it provides us with energy to start our work with great enthusiasm. There are an infinity of foods that we can eat in this first meal, including delicious chocolate pancakes as you will see below.

| Azúcar | 50g |
| Harina de trigo | 150g |
| Vainilla | Un chorrito |
| Huevo | 1 Unidad |
| Leche | 100ml |
| Queso | Para acompañar |

| Bitter cocoa powder | 25g |
| Sugar | 50g |
| Wheat flour | 150g |
| Vanilla | A splash |
| Egg | 1 Unit |
| Milk | 100ml |
| Cheese | To accompany |
- En un bol batimos el huevo con la leche y la vainilla.
- In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk and the vanilla.
- Aparte, tamizamos la harina de trigo con el cacao, luego agregamos el azúcar y mezclamos.
- Besides, we sift the wheat flour with the cocoa, then we add the sugar and mix.
- Juntamos ambas mezclas hasta homogeneizar.
- We join both mixtures until homogenized.
En una plancha o un sartén previamente precalentado y engrasado, para evitar que se peguen, vertemos la mezcla en pequeños círculos.
Cocinamos por ambos lados.
In a griddle or a previously preheated and greased pan, to avoid sticking, we pour the mixture in small circles.
We cook on both sides.
- Ya listas, agregué un poco de queso para servir.
