Blog #69: The Special Pancake of My Mother

When my mother cooked pancake she doesn't use pancake mix that's already been made because it is expensive. She just used alternative ingredients so she can save money and it would be lucrative when she sells it.

The taste was delicious too. So today I will be sharing to you the special pancake of my mother.

Ingredients

1/4 cake flour
1/4 brown sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoon baking calumet
