When I managed my younger brother's restobar I tried to incorporate the Black Sambo and the Red Wine Shake in the menu. I learned this from a close friend who loves to cook anything and makes different beverages.
I have no step by step photos on how I did it because I made this 2 years ago. I will only be sharing to you the recipe.
Going back the time when everything was still okey I mean no pandemic yet, there were customers who kept coming in the restobar because of the black sambo and the redwine shake.
During the start of the pandemic, the resto bar business condition went down. We decided to close it because it was not gaining anymore due to the current situation.
Since I miss making this, I will be sharing this to you.
First Layer Ingredients
1 pack of nestle cream
1 big can of condensed milk
2 packs of knox unflavoured Gelatin
Procedure
Melt the 2 packs of knox in a 1/2 cup of water.
Mix nestle cream and condensed milk in a pan under low flame.
Add the melted knox to the pan where the cream and condensed was being mix and keep stirring for about 10 minutes under low flame.
After 10 minutes, transfer it to the other pan and let it cool. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour before adding the chocolate layer or freeze for 30 minutes for fast results.
1 big can evaporated milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup Hershey's Cocoa Unsweetened Chocolate
2 packs of knox unflavoured Gelatin
Procedure
Melt the 1/2 cup of Hershey's cocoa in 1/3 cup hot water
Melt 2 packs of knox in 1/2 cup cold water.
Mix evaporated milk, sugar and the melted chocolate in a pan under low flame.
Add the melted knox to a pan where milk and sugar was being mix and continue stirring for 10 minutes under low flame.
After 10 minutes, transfer it to other pan and let it cool.
Get the frozen first layer and pour it on top of it.
So next, I will be sharing to you too the recipe of the yummy red wine shake.
1/4 cup red wine
1/8 cup vodka
1/2 cup ice cream
1/8 cup condense
Procedure
Pour 1/4 cup of red wine in the blender.
Add 1/8 cup of vodka.
Add 1/2 cup of ice cream
Add 1 tbsp. of condense
Blend
Pour it into the wine glass
