Hello dear hive community! I hope you are well, today I am here to share with you a delicious recipe of pineapple and milky dulce de lechosa with blancmange.
This sweet is delicious and is very traditional here in Venezuela and is very popular during the Holy Week, but I always make it when it provokes me, it is made with grated pineapple, milky pineapple and of course you can never miss the blancmange.
Ingredientes dulce de piña y lechosa / Ingredients pineapple and milky sweet
- 2 Lechosas grande y pequeña
- 2 piñas grande y pequeña
- 1/2 kilo de azucar
- clavitos de olor
- canela en polvo
- 2 large and small Lechosas
- 2 small and large pineapples
- 1/2 kilo of sugar
- cloves
- cinnamon powder
Preparación/ Preparation
1.- Rayamos la lechosa.
2.- Colocarla a cocinar por 10 min.

3.- Agregamos los clavitos en la lechosa.
4.- Rayamos la piña y pasados los 10 min colocar poco a poco la piña.

5.- Agregamos poco a poco el azúcar y revolvemos .
6.- Tapamos la olla y dejamos cocinar por 40 min y no olvides mover constantemente la preparación, después de estar listo el dulce lo dejamos reposar y lo llevamos a enfriar.

Now this candy is delicious on its own but with the blancmange it is a perfect companion because the pineapple and milky candy is very sweet, the blancmange is neutral so it serves as a companion and is very easy to prepare.
Ingredientes Manjar blanco / Ingredients Blancmange
- 1 1/2 de agua y 200g de leche en polvo
- 1/2 taza de azucar
- 2/3 taza cucharas de maicena
- clavitos de olor
- canela en polvo
- 1 1/2 cups of water and 200g of powdered milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup spoonfuls of cornstarch
- cloves
- cinnamon powder
Preparación/ Preparation
1.- Colocamos en agua en una olla y agregamos la leche y batimos.
2.- Agregamos los clavitos y la maicena y esperamos que este caliente la leche.

3.- En un recipiente aparte colocamos la maicena y sacamos un poco de la leche caliente y batimos hasta que quede sin grumos.
4.- Lo agregamos a la leche restante y batimos, después yo lo coloco en la batidora para por si se me paso un grumo y después lo colocamos en la olla hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea, dejamos reposar y enfriar .
