Mi domingo transcurrió en paz y con buenas energías, tuve un tiempo para descansar y ver algunas películas, típico de un domingo 😂💆🏻♀️.... esta vez me anime con unos helados de coco caseros y super fáciles de preparar. El coco es mi fruta favorita, esta enriquecida de vitamina E, B y C; y también actúa como antioxidante para la piel. Les enseñaré paso por paso para este rico postre 🥰 aquí vamos....
My Sunday passed in peace and with good energy, I had time to rest and watch some movies, typical of a Sunday 😂💆🏻♀️ .... this time I cheered up with some homemade coconut ice creams that were super easy to prepare. Coconut is my favorite fruit, it is enriched with vitamin E, B and C; and it also acts as an antioxidant for the skin. I will teach you step by step for this delicious dessert 🥰 here we go ...
■ INGREDIENTES:
🥥 Cocos
🥥 Leche completa
🥥 Azúcar
🥥 Agua de coco o agua natural
■ INGREDIENTS:
🥥 Coconuts
🥥 Whole milk
🥥 Sugar
🥥 Coconut water or natural water
Primero, cortamos el coco y lo sacamos en pequeños trozos, esto hará más fácil el proceso de licuado.
First, cut the coconut and remove it into small pieces, this will make the blending process easier.
Luego, en una licuadora agregamos el coco, agua, leche, azúcar y comenzamos a licuar todos los ingredientes , aproximadamente por 5 minutos.
Then, in a blender, add the coconut, water, milk, sugar and we begin to blend all the ingredients, approximately for 5 minutes.
Una vez licuado, vertemos en recipientes de tu preferencia. En este caso uso pequeños vasos.
Once blended, pour into containers of your choice. In this case I use small glasses.
Lo colocamos en el refrigerador por 5 horas o 6.
Put it in the refrigerator for 5 or 6 hours.
