Buenas amigos, de esta linda comunidad culinaria, espero estén bien, hoy les quiero compartir este rico almuerzo que prepare con unos filetes de sardina que me regalo la vecina, de verdad tenía mucho tiempo que no las comía, estaban un poco desaparecidas, ya que estaban en veda que es el periodo donde no pueden ser sacadas del mar, mientras que se reproducen y crecen.
Las hice empanizada con huevo y pan rallado, las acompañe con una rica ensalada de aguacate con tomate cherry, cebolla y arepa, quedaron buenísimas y las disfrute muchísimo. Les explico a continuación .

-Lavamos los filetes de sardina, le ponemos limón, sal y pimienta al gusto.

-Se bate al huevo, colocamos el pan rallado en un envase, pasamos los filetes por huevo y luego por el pan rallado.

-Precalentamos una sartén aceite suficiente y colocamos los filetes dorando por ambos lados, los ponemos en papel absorvente para secar.

Cortamos el aguacate, los tomates y la cebolla, aderezamos con sal, pimienta, vinagre y aceite de oliva.
