Fried Food
I wanted to eat fried food but also something different and this came out I called meat with potatoes and onion rings
Tenía ganas de comer fritura pero también algo diferente y salió esto que llamo carne con papas y aros de cebollas.
First I made the onion rings and it's nothing to write home about, cut the rings as big as two centimeters and coat them with egg, flour, egg again and now the breadcrumb mixture, then I put it in the fridge and about 30 minutes later I took it to fry.
Primero hice los aros de cebollas y no es nada del otro mundo, cortar los aros grandes como dos centímetros y empanizarlos con huevo, harina, huevo de nuevo y ahora la mezcla de pan rallado, después lo dejé en la nevera y como 30 minutos después, lo llevé a freír.
I also made fries, seasoned them my way, a little salt, pepper, paprika, oregano.
También hice papas fritas, las aderecé a mi estilo, un poco de sal, pimienta, páprika, orégano.
Then I put some chicken in a pan with oil, I added the meat, I put tomato sauce to my liking, I cooked for a while, I added the potatoes and a little buttery cheese
Después le puse un poco de pollo a una cacerola con aceite, agregué la carne, le puse salsa de tomate a mi gusto, cociné por un rato, le agregué las papas y un poco de queso mantecoso
That was all, the last thing to enjoy the dish.
