Sunday brunch surf and turf Ala air fryer

The "Schwimps" were frozen, the steak was cooked in that same Air Fryer on Friday, what I didn't eat then went into the fridge.
I cut a snip to nibble last night, then this piece this morning, and there is STILL a little more than what you see here in the fridge, not to mention the other HALF of the package of steak I bought on mark down, that is still in the freezer, raw.
