One of my favorite places to visit in the summer months is Cape Cod. The Cape Cod National Seashore is some of the best coastline in the country, and with that comes delicious seafood. Mac's Seafood has some of the best on the Cape, with multiple locations. I went to dinner at Mac's Chatham Fish & Lobster in Chatham, Massachusetts one night this summer. I ordered a 6 Ounce Lobster Roll served cold. It came with French Fries, Coleslaw and Bread & Butter Pickles on the side. A Lobster Roll is a classic, must-have dish when visiting Cape Cod, and Mac's does it really well!
