Making of Mashroom Masala

Hi foodies,

Hope you all are doing well.

Today I'll be sharing a very special recepie of making mashroom masala .For that you need some mashroom, onions, tamatoes, chillies, oil, ginger, garlic, fenugreek seeds , some cumin and turmeric powder.

Lets start step wise
🌸 Wash mashroom properly and chop them.
Put the pan on stove and add some oil , keep it in low flame.

🌸 Chop some onion, garlic and tomato.

🌸 Add some fenugreek seeds and and chopped onion and let them turn brown.

🌸 Put some cumin , garlic and chillies along with turmeric powder.Mix them well.

🌸 Now add some tomatoes and sprinkle salt on it according to your taste. Stir them for 4-5 minutes.

🌸 Put some mashroom in it covers it properly with lid. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
Now it's ready to serve .

You can have it with rice and chapati too.

Mashroom are good source of fibre with low calorie are also rich in protein and antioxidants. They also help to reduce the risk of developing serious health conditions such as alzheimer and heart disease.
