Let's make "bhindi ki sabzi"

Hope you all doing good .Some of us don't like ladyfinger but it can get more tastier if you try to make it the way I do.
Let's start .Ingredients required-
Oil
Onions
Tomatoes
Garlic
Ginger
Green chillies
Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder
Fenugreek seeds
Salt and Lots of love with little magic in your hands.

Chop onions, tomatoes and make garlic and ginger past and don't forget to wash your vegetable and chop them too.

Pure some oil in the pan and keep it at low flame. Add fenugreek seeds , ginger and garlic and mix them well. Now add some onions, green chillies , turmeric powder and salt. Let them go brown for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Now add some tomatoes and sprinkle salt on it according to your taste.

Mix well and add some water to it. Cover the pan with lid for 3-4 minutes and let it cook.
Now add all your chopped ladyfinger to it and mix well.

Cover it and let it cook for 10 minutes straight and then your "bhindi ki sabzi" is all ready to be served .You can have it with rice and chapati or any other way you want to have it.

I had it with chapati and curd and it was way tastier then I thought.

All of us must add green vegetables to our meal . They are good for health, help to build immunity , improve eyesight and help to reduce weight and improve digestion too.
