Banana Apple Cake: good idea?

Hi everyone!

First time posting here after hearing from a fellow blogger.
I do cook and love to take pictures every once in a while. Just now I baked a cake and tried something new.
I baked a banana Apple chocolate chip cake and topped it with cream and strawberry preserves.

Was it good? Yes!

Here's a slice! I don't usually make frosting because it's extra sugars so I just put the cream as is. Then topped it with strawberries. 🍓🍰

It definitely taste fruity but the banana and apple are very subtle.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
Salt
Baking soda/powder
Cinnamon
2-3 cups of flour
1/4 - 1/2 cup milk
Vanilla
Chocolate chips
2 Bananas
2 Apples
Cream
Strawberries
I'm not super strict with measurements

  • I bake it for 40 minutes
  • It doesn't poof up like crazy but it is bouncy. You can add more cooking oil to make it soft and moist but don't go overboard. Add flour to balance it out.

I love taking food pics!
This turned out really nice.
