Yummy & Healthy “Begun Fry” : Brinjal fry

Today I'm going to share with you Healthy, delicious and tasty food recipe, “Brinjal fry ”, which recipe is simple made by myself, which you feel while reading this post and seeing shared cooking images and hope you all will like. Ingredients
• 1 Brinjal (Begun)
• 9-10 cloves Garlic
• 1 inch Ginger
• 1 Green Chilli
• 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
• Salt as per taste
• Mustard Oil , for cooking

Preparation Method:-

Step 1-
• Make round slice of the brinjal and keep aside in plate.
• Make paste of garlic, green chillies and ginger keep it on bowl
• Took Red Chilli powder, Turmeric powder and salt as per taste in bowl and add
water to make paste and keep aside.

Step 2-
• Mix both paste in a bowl and now your batter is ready to apply on brinjal slice to fry.
• Apply this mixture all over the brinjal slices.

Step 3-
Heat the oil in Frying pan over high flame. Now add brinjal masala applied slice on hot oil on high heat until it turns golden brown from both the sides.

Step 4
Now move the fried brinjal slices on kitchen paper towels and serve hot with rice or chapati(indian bread)
