Today I am sharing my own recipe which is mix of the our local village recipe and my own recipe, this “Dry Chicken Curry” is one of my favorite dish , I am sharing all cooking 13 images and hope you all will like it. Step wise images will help you to prepare this dish without any issues.
Ingredients
- Chicken- 700g (with bone)
- 4 Piece onion (Chopped mid-size pieces)
- 2 Piece Tomato small size
- 4 Green chilies
- 12-15 garlic clove & one-inch Ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2-3 whole red chilies
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 bay leaves (Tejpatta)
- 8 to10 black pepper seed
- Cinnamon stick
- Mustard Oil , for cooking
- Salt as per taste
Preparation Method:-
Step 1-
- Make paste of garlic, ginger, tomato & green chili keep it on bowl
- Took all powder in bowl and add water in to make paste and keep aside.
- Chopped mid-size pieces of Onion
Step 2-
Heat the oil in pan on medium flame. Fry bay leaves and Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, black pepper seed, red chilies, Cinnamon stick and wait till the cumin seeds crackle.
Step 3-
Now Add sliced onions and fry it until it turns light brown.
Step 4-
Add washed and cleaned Chicken pieces. Fry it for around 10 minutes on medium flame.
Step 4-
Now add paste of garlic, ginger, tomato & green chilli in it and fry 5-10 minute than add all masala mix paste & small amount of water (100ml) and fry for 10-15 minute more.
Step 6
Now it's ready to serve. Chicken Dry curry can be serve hot with Basmati Rice for best taste
