And fish is consumed a lot because fish is good for health, such as for heart health, fish contains omega 3. Fish are found everywhere such as on traditional market and supermarket.

As I do to make fish soup, I bought fish at the supermarket. There are many choice of sea fish, I bought sea fish, the type of kakap(snapper) because is a fish that has thick flesh.
The fish that I bought was neither small not large,about 200 grams, of set buying the fish and seasoning. The fish is processed at home to make fish soup.
How to make fish soup. Fisrt prepare of garlic, 2 cloves of red onion,1 clove of bombay, green onion,2 bay leaves.
3 centimeters of ginger,lemongrass stalk,pepper,2 tomatoes,basil leaves,4 picces of cayene pepper,1,5 litere of water,salt,sugar,white pepper,broth,powder,fried onions.
Step to cook fish soup according to taste,cut fish . Then the nex step is to heat the pan with water,add salt,pepper,enter all the spices,bay leaves.
lemongrass,ginger,shallot,garlic that have been mashed or can be sliced.
Then after the water is boiling,add the fish , then add the lime jusce,flavor,a little sugar,after the fish is cooked and tender.
Turn off the stove, than lifs the input of the bowl,the fish soup is ready eat. Thank you.
