Today I visit Maria Signature at KLCC Suria Mall after my lunch, I needed a place to chill out after 3 days of live streaming at Hilton hotel. This restaurant specializes in steak dishes, however, if you are on a budget there is a lunch special menu you can try which is cheaper than ordering the same dish at another time.
After looking at their lunch special menu, I decided to order their Caesar Salad. The salad contains beef bacon, croutons, walnuts, and cheese. After including the service tax, the total cost is RM16.25 per plate.
What really makes a salad a Caesar salad? it is normally served with a green salad of romaine lettuce and croutons dressed in lemon juice, olive oil, egg, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, garlic, Dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
Here are pictures of my Caesar salad. The salad tastes great thanks to the presence of walnut and beef bacon. The price may be pricy but the way it is presented makes it worth it.
