Vegan "tenerina cake" without eggs, milk and butter 🍰🍫

The tenerina cake has always been part of our tradition in Bologna (or Ferrara !).

I wanted to give her a second recipe very different from the original but with a very very similar result: the vegan tenerina cake without eggs, milk and butter.

This cake must be low, chocolaty and very wet; his death is combined with mascarpone!!

La torta tenerina ha sempre fatto parte della nostra tradizione bolognese (o ferrarese !).

Ho voluto darle una seconda ricetta molto diversa da quella originale ma con un risultato molto molto simile:
la Torta tenerina vegana senza uova, latte e burro.

Questo dolce deve essere basso, cioccolatoso e molto umido; la morte sua è abbinata al mascarpone!!

Cominciamo.. buona cucina!

Ingredients 👇:

-80 g rice flour,
-80 g brown cane sugar,
-20 g bitter cocoa powder,
-80 g sunflower seed oil,
-1 sachet baking powder for cakes.

Ingredienti 👇:

-80 g farina di riso,
-80 g zucchero di canna integrale,
-20 g cacao amaro in polvere,
-80 g olio di semi di girasole,
-1 bustina lievito in polvere per dolci.

-You sift the rice flour,
-You put the flour and then the cocoa in a bowl

-Setacciate la farina di riso,
-Versate in una ciotola prima la farina e poi il cacao

-You pour the oil and then sugar and the baking powder for cakes

-Versate poi l'olio e successivamente lo zucchero e il lievito per dolci

-Finally, you amalgamate the whole,
-You pour into a 20 cm lined baking tray.
-You bake at 170 vol. ventilated for 25-30 minutes.

-Infine amalgate il tutto,
-Versate in una teglia foderata di 20 cm.
-Infornate a 170° ventilato per 25-30 minuti.

When it is cooked, you let it cool to room temperature.

Quando è cotta, lasciate raffreddare a temperatura ambiente.

Here is the sweet vegan cake without eggs, milk and butter ready to be served!
