Healthy food is the most delicious and best for well being. I sometimes would like to eat some fried shit, but I don’t want to feel bloated, weak, lazy afterwards. Others feels so all day every day.

How do I know?
I was like this. I pretended to eath healthy but ate very unhealthy. I also fid not know what healthy is. I did not know that healthy must be organic and plantbased. Although I would eat wild porc once a year. I am not a fascist but very open minded, flexible and tolerant.

A flexible mind comes from a flexible body so do your yoga every damn day.
