Preparación /Preparation
1- Para la preparación del pollo, en una olla colocamos ajo y el pollo asofreir, luego licuamos cebolla, tomates y pimentón y una vez sofrito el pollo agregamos a la preparación, dejamos cocinar hasta su total cocción.

2- Seguimos con el arroz, para eso lavo muy bien y en una olla arrocera lo coloco con ajo para dar sabor, un poco de aceite, sal y agua a medida, tapo y dejo cocinar hasta reducir su cocción.

3- Para la ensalada, sancoche dos huevos y dos papas, una vez listo, retiré su cáscara y corté la papa en cubos y los huevos en rodajas, también agregué un aguacate, condimente con sal y un poco de aceite y estará lista.
