Hoy quiero mostrarle como hacer un rico dulce de jobo. Fácil de hacer. y queda muy sabroso, cuando lo comes, sientes entre el dulce y ácido del jobo, se hace agua la boca , sin más comencemos.

INGREDIENTES:
8 Jobos pequeños
Una taza de azúcar.
Clavo especies, anís chiquito y canela en polvo
1/4 de papelon.

PREPARACIÓN:
Lavar el jobo y luego picar.

Colocar el caldero en la cocina, agregas agua, clavo especie, anis chiquito , un poquito de canela en polvo,azúcar y papelón.
